Deal with contractors where necessary , eg branch repairs, air conditioning, plumbing, electricity and arrange for them to visit our sites when needed. Keep records updated with regard to Property Health and Safety documentation including any certifications, Fire Policy, Asbestos Surveys etc. Organise hotel accommodation for Property Management team.
