JOB DESCRIPTION This vacancy is due to end on 27/02/2012. Temporary leading to permanent. It is essential that you have worked in a helpdesk co-ordinator role before. Your daily duties include taking incoming calls regarding any planned preventative and reactive maintenance repairs, assigning engineers with relevant skill sets to the jobs, monitor the progress for all jobs, ensuring that all PPM and reactive works are completed within SLA's with clients. Update the CAFM system with all work orders. Raise contractor purchase orders, log holiday and sickness absence. You must have knowledge of how facility management companies operate.
