JOB DESCRIPTION This vacancy is due to end on 02/03/2012. Duties will include basic repairs e.g fitting locks, bolts, smoke alarms, assembling flat packed furniture, changing light bulbs, fitting handrails, interior and exterior house painting, drain and gutter unblocking and window cleaning. Gardening, mowing lawns, hedges trimmed, fence painting etc. You will need to have skills in a wide range of work including carpentry, gardening, decorating and basic plumbing. We are looking for a hardworking team player with good communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to use initiative. You must also be able to undertake heavy manual work and be able to meet deadlines. Previous relevant work experience in a similar field preferred, but not essential.
